About

Rocco is a scout in the Altipianian Ground Forces, and not only that, he's the son of the Emperor! Though barely anyone knows that. Valerio made sure to keep Rocco out of the spotlights so he could live a fairly normal life. Not shown on the refsheet, but he also has a short tail and fangs!
