Lance

Lazarus P. Fythane (who WILL get mad if you call him anything other than Lance) is heir to the throne of a powerful, magically affluent royal family in the island kingdom of Tropanaca. As each member of said-family is known for their unique magical talents, he grew up knowing he had control over plants, also known as *phhotokinesis*. Sadly, the ever-privileged prince wanted nothing to do with being king one day, so Lance used to be quite the flight risk as well, always sneaking off from home to do “normal” things, such as slacking off and getting into trouble. But on one fateful evening, Lance fled into the dense jungle that surrounded the island after being pursued by the authorities. And when he returned? He wasn’t quite the same… To make a looong story short, Lance found out the hard way that he's also capable of *necromancy*. Handy, considering how he didn’t return from that jungle alive. One of many side effects of currently being a plant-zombie-thing is his new monstrous form. One he barely had any control over. So much so that the king and queen of Tropanaca sent him away to Rathnsöl Academy to both keep their eldest’s “curse” under wraps, and to help him learn to control it.
