About
A sailor and a chief of a Zoman tribe, not much is known about the Angler. He doesn't speak, nor show his eyes much under his hat. Some hear legends of his time as a mercenary, one who commanded bony fish like beasts from mist to do his bloody bidding. Now, he is a mentor to few, and a fisherpaw by trade, having only set his life as a hired killer aside to share his legacy.
Personality
Quite a dry, silent character. Aside from a few grunts and chuckles, he does not speak a word, a voluntary vow of silence no one knows the origin of. He does have a sense of humor, and has shown kindness through actions, and can be slightly shy, but can be described as professional in all fronts when work needs to be done.
