SIP OF LORE:

Richard "Rick" Palmer traveled from foster home to foster home with his twin sister, Mary, eventually being adopted by the Aldin couple in Montana when they were 7. They owned a cow farm, and being family now meant Rick having to be drafted into farm labor. He became quick friends with his child co-worker, Garret, and eventual secret boyfriend not many years later.

But when Mary moves to California with her boyfriend and goes radio silent for months, Rick searches for her. Not being able to do much in Montana, Rick must leave Garret and his home- and with the help of some connections- pass for a detective transferring in to San Francisco in better hopes of being able to find his sister.

Fun Fact:

Rick loves horses so freaking much (his personal horse is named Belle), as well as drawing and sketching. He also has ADHD, but being in the 70s, and an adult man- the hallmarks are just reasoned as "he's just like that". He also has a typical southern accent!
